四川现代物流发展促进会副会长单位四川港投国际公路运输有限公司成立于2022年3月24日，注册资本1亿元人民币，是四川陆海云港发展集团有限公司全资国有子公司，省港投集团成员企业，承载着“四川开放通道建设港投实践，西部共建一带一路成渝标杆”的企业使命。

公司将自身业务定位为“亚欧大陆干线公路物流服务商”，围绕一带一路沿线主要节点城市打造精品运输干线，构建绿色、低碳、高效的国际物流通道。

SPSI International Road Transportation Co., Ltd. was founded on March, 2022 with a registered capital of 100 million RMB. A subsidiary of SPSI Cloud Port Development Group Co., Ltd., and a member of SPSI, with the misson of "taking a benchmark role in The Belt and Road ".

The company has positioned its business as a "trunk road logistics service provider in Asia and Europe", building high-quality transportation trunk lines around the main node cities along the Belt and Road, and constructing green,low-carbon and efficient international logistics channels.

公司立足天府新区，主责主业为建设好、管理好、运营好四川跨境道路运输平台，以四川国际公路运输集散中心为基地，以南向东盟班车、西向中亚班车、欧洲班车为抓手，积极参与GMS、TIR等国际道路运输公约，规划打造成都-河内、成都-雅加达、成都-万象、成都-阿斯塔纳、成都-明斯克、成都-鹿特丹、成都-赫尔辛基、成都-莫斯科等8条往返精品经贸陆运线路，依托通道布局若干海外仓网点，形成“1+8+N”的跨境道路运输网络体系。

Based in Tianfu New Are, the company is esponsible for the construction, management and operation of the Sichuan cross-border road transportation platform. Including Sichuan International Road Transportation Distribution Center, the company focus on the southbound ASEAN shuttle, the westbound Central Asia and the European shuttle. The company participates in international road transport conventions such as GMS and TIR, and plan to build 8 major routes：Chengdu-Hanoi, Chengdu-Jakarta, Chengdu-Vientiane, Chengdu-Astana, Chengdu-Minsk, Chengdu-Rotterdam, Chengdu-Helsinki, and Chengdu-Moscow. With a number of overseas warehouses, the company has built a "1+8+N" cross-border road transportation network system.

The company follows the "five fixed" mode, rolling out the international freight shuttle connecting both the land and maritime Silk Road, fully participate in the multimodal transportation network of the new Eurasian Continental Bridge, and linking the "Belt and Road" . Products of the countries and regions along the routes will link the regional industrial development of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, better promote the export of goods from Sichuan, and develop a new pattern of logistics and trade.
